All of our home selections have been curated by our dedicated interior designer. This takes away the tough-decision making and leaves you assured that all of your bathroom, kitchen and decor choices will blend together seamlessly.
Buyers will be able to select their own contemporary home flooring, tiling and fittings in their kitchen and bathrooms, alongside selecting any of our Oak Meadows’ paint colours that they wish to be used throughout the property.
THE DIFFERENCE
Oak Meadows works to go further than any other new build development. Every design choice, fixture and finish has been carefully curated by leading architects and designers to ensure that our residents are happy in their homes for many years to come.
The surrounding green landscape is echoed within all of our properties and additional design choices have been made to bring the outdoors in. All of our homes feature oversized windows, sliding doors and high ceilings designed to create light, greenery and welcome space.
Premium, triple-glazed, aluminium and timber Velfac windows and external doors come as standard in each of our properties and a number of home types also boast floor to ceiling windows and skylights.

Function and style lead the way with our modern worktops. Our 22mm square edge laminate worktops include white marble effect, concrete effect and grey marble effect, with optional upgrades to quartz worktops available.
